To create a narrative
… For senior executives and boardroom members this means that I support them in the process by create a moment of peace and silence allowing them to find and show their true personality and the stories that build it. Seriously and often with a wink and a smile, working commonly with them behind the scenes, in the lee and delivering a personal relationship towards that personal business story.
… For organisations this means that we look for the roots of the corporate identity and co-create the corporate story together with both staff, and stakeholders.
If you are a senior executive or boardroom member, then with the help of this story you also obtainintrospection, inner stability and resolve. This story also works as your personal benchmark and gives you guidance during the process of making decisions. This will also allow you to evolve into a natural leader. One that makes connections, one thatmotivates and one that emphatically can construe the context of their own decisions.
If you are an organisation, the development of the corporate story makes it easier to meet the challenges the organisations encounters ahead. The corporate story then works as an organisational benchmark and gives guidance during the change process.
The result:
• a person that tells their personal story behind decisions and choices with ease and conviction.
• an organisation that lives their corporate story and tells it from the heart of the organisation and with conviction.
