My name is Albert Roele: communication strategist and strategic spokesman since 1992 with a track-record in various sectors. Last few years I especially help executive organizations of the Dutch government to tell their story about who they are, what they do, how they do that and for which target groups they are active. This in order to do justice to all civilians. Before that I was active in sectors like social housing, financial and general business services sector (i.e. logistics, telecommunications and it). Both national and international.
Throughout my working years I achieve the best results supporting senior executives, boardroom members and organisations in complex and difficult circumstances: acute crisis situations, multi (international) stakeholder environments, situations in which organisations don’t achieve their goals or where there is a lack of serious an professionally organised communication.
I particularly function well in a crisis situation: quiet, at ease and focussed I come to the essence very quickly.
I also offer my services as a trainer, coach and copywriter.
My education as a professional historian, as a macro-economist and as a journalist as well as my nearly 30 years of experiences make me to what I am today: an all-round and a wise observer with a clear focus on the human being in his or her world of business goals.
